Strategic and operational management of the private clinic in close coordination with the management Ensuring excellent clinic operation with focus on quality, economics and patient satisfaction Leadership, motivation and further development of all disciplines Technical and disciplinary management of the clinic during the Interim mandate Responsibility for budget planning and cost and liquidity management Analysis, optimization and digitization of internal processes Close coordination with the mother holding and the nurse clinics Planning and implementation of marketing and sales measures in cooperation with the marketing team Maintaining and expanding workforce relations and regional network structures Promoting an appreciation, solution-oriented work culture and further development of employees

Completed studies in health management, medical or business management, hospital management, studies Public Health / Health Economics, MBA (Healthcare Management), medical studies with management background or a comparable qualification Multiannual management experience in the clinic or health care, ideally in the interim or project context Designed business understanding combined with high social and leadership skills
