Evaluation and documentation of the test results of self-monitoring Continuous performance of ultrasonic testing, magnetic powder testing and eddy current testing according to instructions and prescribed parameters Processing and testing of failures as well as reporting of irregularities at the plant managers (level 3 UT / MT) and documentation Interface between production and quality management and ensuring smooth processes between departments Calibration of systems Data management in SAP / MES Participation in fault analysis and introduction of correction and improvement measures in quality deviations

Professional experience required in quality testing Qualification according to DIN EN ISO 9712 - Level 1, 2 or 3 desired Insufficient knowledge of quality standards and standards Good technical understanding and safe handling of measuring and testing equipment Safe handling of technical documents (e.g. drawings and test instructions) Computer knowledge of the current MS Office programs Systematic, analytical and careful operation Ready to use in a multilayer operation
