IT Servicetechniker (m/w/d) Münster Your task area • performing technical work in the data center such as hardware installations and cabling • Documentation of all technical activities and system changes • Supporting incident and change processes according to ITIL standards • Installation, dismantling and dismantling of 19'' racks as well as installation of traction systems • Implementation of asset management tasks with inventory software • Implementation of Smart Hands activities for internal and external customers • Support for error analysis on server, network and power supply components
