The Information and Media Centre (IMZ) operates the central IT landscape for more than 50 schools with over 40,000 users. Numerous specialist applications support administration, school operations and digital services.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated specialist for the administration of Windows or Linux application servers. The focus of the activity is on the stable operation and the further development of specialist applications, as well as the support for the underlying infrastructure. 1. Operation and administration of specialist applications

• Installation, configuration and administration of specialist applications on Windows or Linux servers
• Ensuring stable and safe operation
• Implementation of updates, upgrades and version changes
• Analysis and troubleshooting in application operation

• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation

2. Support of the application server

• Administration of operating systems of specialist applications
