IT Team Assistant (m/f/d)

We, the audit association of German banks, are an important part of the private banking system in Germany. Founded in 1969, we are risk managers for deposit insurance of currently over 130 institutes. For IT Management we are looking for a:

IT-Team Assistant (m/w/d)

Full or part-time (30-39 hours/week)

Acquisition of IT Licensing Management Implementation and cost monitoring of IT procurement Supplier selection and communication with hardware and software manufacturers for the activation of software (cloud) and management of maintenance contracts Asset Management for IT components (incl. issue and withdrawal) Creation of annual IT planning Support of department management e.g. by creating various reports for board/ department management

Successfully completed commercial training Strong IT reference with professional practice in IT licensing management, procurement and asset management Embossed service and customer orientation High sense of responsibility combined with a structured and independent way of working German knowledge and strong communication talent – especially with regard to communication with internal customers and our external partners You do not meet all the requirements, but you like our place?
