As our specialist (w/m/d) for spatial planning analyses, you are responsible for carrying out spatial and location analyses in advance of our network construction projects. You will identify areas for the development and construction of our network infrastructure. If necessary, you instruct and coordinate external service providers, for example for the preparation of studies. With a wide view, you will develop criteria and methods for evaluating possible site areas or corridor processes. In your role, you are the central representative and coordinating body for spatial planning in project development – both for internal and external stakeholders (e.g. regional associations, specialist and approval authorities). You control internal processes – such as prioritization within the space and location analysis portfolio – present your project results to the public and contribute to project communication information events.
You have a degree in spatial planning, landscape planning or geography and many years of professional practice in a comparable position. In any case, you bring several years of experience in carrying out space and location analyses, are versed in the method development for performing alternative testing of infrastructure projects and fit in handling geoinformation systems. Personally, you as a team player with an independent and targeted way of working as well as enforcement. You have a good linguistic expressiveness in German for negotiation, have a class B licence and look forward to your business trips.
