HR Business Partner* International

You fully address our German central functions as well as our sales companies in German and English-speaking areas in all personnel topics and are the central contact person for executives and employees. You assume the overall responsibility for recruiting and selection in your care areas – from the need analysis to the use of modern recruiting methods and professional selection procedures to the ability of the executives. You advise and support executives in labour law, organizational and personalstrategic issues and accompany organisational and personnel development measures. You work closely with the staff management, the management and the works council – including the preparation of reports and the preparation of decision bases. You actively contribute your experience to the transformation from the classic personnel supplier to the modern HR Business Partner and shape the further development of the HR role.

You have at least 5 years of professional experience in the human resources sector, ideally as HR Business Partner with relevant recruiting share You have profound knowledge of labour law; Experience in the collective environment is advantageous. You understand yourself in your role as a partner of specialist departments and trade entrepreneurship You are characterized by conceptual thinking, pronounced process and interface competence as well as a high customer and service orientation. You are convinced by very good communication and organizational skills and are sure to act at different hierarchical levels. You are mostly present on site (4 out of 5 working days) and willingness to travel to support your locations. You have very good German and English skills in word and writing, other languages of advantage (e.g. French, Spanish)
