Infrastructure Building Manager (m/w/d)

The Landesbetrieb Bau und Immobilien Hessen (LBIH) is the central construction and real estate service provider of the Hessian state administration. He takes over tasks in building, building and location management. His strength: As a complete provider, the LBIH provides everything from a single source – efficient and service-oriented. With around 2,400 employees, the LBIH implements an annual building volume of around 500 million euros and manages more than 3 million square meters of building space. We offer several permanent positions as: Projektmanager (m/w/d) Become part of our team in infrastructure building management (IGM). Classical tasks include services related to buildings and land with the aim of constantly improving the use, for example by cleaning and winter services and outdoor plant care. The site is the West branch, based in Wiesbaden.

Planning, commissioning, control, acceptance and billing of infrastructural services to ensure the quality and cost-effectiveness of performance Annual budget planning and control as part of the implementation of measures Compilation of all object-related alert information Support in optimizing contract performance and organisational processes Optimization and monitoring of building operations in compliance with legal and contractual obligations

Complete studies (FH Diploma/Bachelor) of the facility management / real estate management department or an adequate degree or a comparable qualification (e.g. tested real estate specialist with correspondingly long-term professional experience) Multiannual professional experience in infrastructure building management, in particular in the fields of maintenance cleaning, green plant care and winter service; ideally knowledge of public procurement and contract law Negotiation Security, Enforcement and Organisational Skill and Team Skill Good knowledge of German and solid user knowledge in the MS Office programs and ideally in SAP Class B driving licence and standby for occasional service journeys (Pool vehicle) within the jurisdiction of the branch
