Project Manager Surveying - Railway / Geodesy (m/f/d)

With software, consulting and services related to traffic, lines and infrastructure, we help plan, build and operate projects more efficiently. You are responsible for the holistic planning, control and controlling of demanding surveying projects in the field of railways – from supply creation to successful billing. You take over the professional leadership of your project team and coordinate cooperation with external partners and service providers. You design innovative surveying solutions in compliance with railway standards and use modern technologies such as CAD, GIS and BIM. You ensure the quality by carefully checking and taking measurement results, evaluations and technical documentation. As a central interface, you communicate proactively with clients, authorities and internal departments and regularly report to the management.

You have completed a study or training in the field of surveying, geodesy or geoinformatics and brings several years of experience in the project management of surveying projects in the railway environment. You are safe in handling surveying technologies such as GNSS or laser scanning, mastering common CAD software and know the relevant standards of the Deutsche Bahn. With your leadership and communication strength, you manage project teams, control external partners and convince clients. Your work is independent, structured and result-oriented, keeping a cool head in dynamic project phases. You speak German on C1 level, ideally bring good English skills and have a class B licence.
