As Finance Controller (m/w/d) you support Hilti Deutschland AG throughout the Financial Performance Management Process. In this role, you are responsible for the preparation, coordination and execution of all FP&A as well as controlling activities, including monthly and annual accounts, rolling forecast, cost controlling and business partnering. In the monthly final process, you work closely with the regional Accounting Shared Service Center and the regional controller colleagues. Using your HGB and IFRS skills, you act as a savings partner to ensure the 'operational excellence' of the final processes. In addition, you live the business partner role, for example for the managing directors of the market organization, the finance management team such as the CFO, the head of the shared service center or the head of indirect procurement. You are an important contact person for business performance questions (conversion, margin & profit) and for evaluating business cases. In various cross-functional and international projects, you also have a variety of opportunities to use your conceptual skills and stakeholder management skills to develop and implement solutions independently and/or in the team.

You have a strong background in finance, are ready to take responsibility with conceptual strength, empathy and strong communication skills to convince all important stakeholders. You are ambitious and pursue an international career as a leadership in the financial sector

What you bring:

You have a degree in business management, economics, etc., with the focus on finance, controlling or accounting. You ideally have relevant internships and/or up to 3 years of relevant professional experience in the financial function of a company, in an audit or consulting firm. You have already demonstrated your analytical skills and targeted thinking in project management. You enjoy working with people, are a team player and have strong communication skills. You are versed in all MS Office applications. You communicate fluently in German and English and convincingly across all functions and hierarchies. In the medium term, you are internationally moving for a career with exciting further tasks within the Hilti Group.
