Self-managed handling of operating shopping activities in consultation with the strategic buyers* Ensuring an efficient procurement process (delivery dates, stocks, prioritization) Collection and verification of offers as well as preparation of offers comparisons Processing requirements and orders in SAP including data management Monitoring and implementation of existing framework agreements clarification and documentation of purchase-relevant supplier or material-related data Participation in the optimization and digitization of purchasing processes Advertising processing Creation of evaluations, reports and key figures (KPI management) Takeover of general administrative activities in purchasing

Successfully completed commercial or technical training Professional experience in operational purchasing, preferably in a technical environment Secure handling of SAP MM or Experience with an ERP system as well as very good MS Office knowledge Structured, careful and self-sponsored operation with high reliability and schedule High level of accuracy and responsible and discreet handling of sensitive and confidential information Good communication and team skills Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
