in full time, 4,100 € basic fee (+ attractive surcharges & premiums)

In your assigned shift from Sunday to Thursday, you are responsible as a shift manager (m/w/d) for the personnel deployment planning of your team. They also provide personnel control as well as the instruction and process clarification of new employees (m/w/d). They are also responsible for the smooth operation of the Commission and are responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards (HACCP, IFS). You work closely with the foreman (m/w/d) and support your supervisor (m/w/d) in projects.

A completed commercial or logistical training is desirable First experience as a foreman (m/w/d) or team management (m/w/d) in logistics is advantageous Willingness to shiftwork (representation activities in the three-shift system) Process-oriented thinking and acting Knowledge of standard office programs Safe and confident appearance Enforcement, conflictability and problem-solving capability Reliability and Hands-on-Mentality
