Sales · Internal & External Services · B2B Customer Care & Development: You enter and develop our existing customer base in the engineering environment – strategic and operational, with increasing responsibility in direct customer contact. (external service about 10%) Building new customer contacts: You recognize potentials in the market and develop new customer relationships step by step – by phone, digital and perspective also personally Cross-Selling in mind: You think beyond the edge of the plate and actively record our further services in the areas of automation and testing centers with your customers Demand Analysis & Consulting: You analyze the technical requirements of your customers and develop suitable solutions and contract models together Interface management & offers: You work closely with recruiting and specialist areas and accompany the entire process – from the vote to the conclusion of the contract Staff support: You are a contact person for our external employees, coordinates operations and ensures smooth daily business operations

Training or studies – business, technical or comparable commercial qualification Sales experience – ideally in the area of personal services or B2B sales of technical services in need of explanation Communication strength & persuasiveness – You understand your customers, negotiate safely and always think about solution-oriented Self-employed, targeted working – You are proactive, structured and do not lose sight of multiple projects German language skills in word and writing

salary range: 45,000 € - 60,000 €

The specified salary range forms our current framework for this position and is based on market and corporate structures. The specific salary is defined individually on the basis of qualifications, experience and competencies and can also be outside this range in justified cases.
