Specialist in Fund Management (w/m/d)

Are you looking for a position where you can introduce your affinity to administrative and financial issues? In our Fund Management Group, you are a specialist in the tasks of the ESF accounting agency and the third-party funding interface, when it comes to exciting topics related to the management and accounting of funding from the European Union and the State of Hesse. Do you love numbers, keep track of complex processes and have fun communicating with ministries and examiners? Then you're right with us. There are exciting tasks waiting for you: You take over the deputy management of the ESF accounting body and support the implementation of the tasks in the team. You create payment applications and the accounting and forward them to the European Commission in due time. You shall keep the accounts of the expenditure incurred by the EU Commission (applications for payment/revenues) and actively participate in the implementation of the systemic requirements. You are responsible for the preparation and collection of third-party bookings in the LRM interface. You implement, control, monitor and anticipate the funds provided by the departments, including the creation of monthly and annual accounts, as well as the stock and earnings lists.

You have a degree in administration or business administration. You bring several years of practical experience in the conveyor business or in a comparable environment. You have profound knowledge in MS Office and ideally have experience with SAP. You communicate address-oriented and secure – also with external speakers. You work independently, responsibly and also keep a look at the essentials in complex tasks.
