• Support of our international group of guests and representation of our house

• Check-in/check-out, cash billing, control, reports, daily accounts

• Guest correspondence

• Application of the hotel program Oracle Suite 8 and MS Office

• Acceptance and processing of reservations

• A successfully completed training in the hotel compartment or experience at the reception

• Good knowledge of German and English, other foreign languages are of advantage

• A well-kept appearance, first-class ways of handling and a friendly, professional and open appearance
