Team Leader for the Driving Service (m/f/d)

Teamleiter (m/w/d) Designing mobility together ecologically – taking responsibility for important future topics. You perform a professional and disciplined team in the driving service (team size about 75 employees (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d)) You act as a trusting and achievable contact person for the topics and challenges of the employees (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) in the driving service and deal proactively with the topic “guides in the line network” You conduct discussions within the framework of operational agreements (e.g. annual orientation and operational discussions) You take over management tasks such as documentation and planning as well as e.g. holiday planning taking into account the operating parameters for a defined group of employees You work confidently with the control center, the radio car and other cross-site internal interface partners You take on readiness and independent project work You design your guide roller according to the BSAG guide sets. You always act exemplary, courageous in your decisions and binding in your communication. As a manager, you take responsibility, work across areas and act entrepreneurial

You have completed vocational training or a comparable qualification with an economic understanding You make your decisions aligned with BSAG's vision and mission You act actively problem-solving, adhere to agreements and communicate value-estimating.
