• Installation and configuration of devices and systems according to customer specifications

• Preventive maintenance and troubleshooting and diagnosis of technical problems

• Communication with customers through maintenance and repair status, including training for optimal use of products

• Creating detailed documentation and regular reports on maintenance activities and customer requests

• Analysis of customer requests to develop preventive measures and improve service quality

• Compliance with safety standards and regular safety checks

• Cooperation with First & Second Level Support, Sales and Product Development Teams to solve complex problems

• Technical service support in the depot

• Complete training as an electronic technician, ideally with further training as a state-tested technician

• High readiness for service travel and customer service on site

• Multiannual experience in external services or in a comparable position

• Finded knowledge of installation, maintenance and repair of equipment and systems, ideally in the field of news technology

• Problem solving skills for the diagnosis and remedy of technical problems on site

• Adaptability to different working environments and conditions

• Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
