Successfully completed studies in the field of BWL, business informatics or comparable Deep understanding of business processes and relevant knowledge in business process management with a focus on HR Knowledge of HR business processes Professional experience in ERP (Microsoft) and implementation of complex IT projects Entrepreneurial and conceptual thinking, strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and develop the team Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing High communication capability and a pronounced hands-on mentality Nobody is perfect!
