The BBK is the head office of the Federal Government for National Crisis Management in Germany. Training in the field of medical care – in coordination with BBK's specialist rebates, you take over the conceptual and the content and didactical-methodic design of training and training measures related to medical care in civil protection. Target groups are national experts and executives from authorities and aid organisations who carry out tasks in civil protection. Designing training measures – You introduce and develop modern, efficient training, training and training methods. You conduct their own training events. Training and training: Supplementary equipment – You represent the issues of training in internal and external working groups to design the complementary equipment of the federal government. You have successfully completed a scientific university degree (Master/University Diploma) in medicine, health sciences, natural sciences or engineering sciences or a comparable discipline with reference to the subject area. You have several years of practical experience (including in addition to or voluntary) in the field of disaster or disaster. Civil protection, e.g. collected in an auxiliary organization, in the rescue service, a fire department or in the medical service of the Bundeswehr – ideally in a leadership function. You ideally bring experience in modern adult education and the ability to independently design and carry out trainings – even in digital formats. Ideally, you already have multi-year professional experience. Very good German language skills in word and writing (German C1 according to GER) complete your profile. You like to work in interdisciplinary teams and act very service-oriented. You communicate competently, appear address-oriented and understand that complex facts are presented in general. Multi-day service trips are open to you. Since our tasks are safety-relevant and event-oriented, we need your willingness to extend the safety review and to participate in the BBK crisis organisation.
