Examination and approval of service orders and invoice creation for our full service and rental contracts incl. master data management, monitoring and coordination of uncertainties. Independent processing of all contractual matters in the field of fleet management. Insurance management: processing of damages and communication with insurance partners. Creating policy templates and presentations that support our leaders in strategic decisions. General administrative activities and participation in transnational projects. Daily communication with our customers as well as sales, our suppliers and our customer service technicians. Creation of reports for customers and internal evaluations.

A completed commercial training, ideally complemented by experience in sales, customer service or fleet management. Always friendly and professional appearance – both on the phone and in personal contact. Also in hectic situations, keep quiet and overview. Joy of contact with people and the ability to work structured, reliable and conscientiously. A good understanding of financial data as well as the ability to analyze them and prepare them in meaningful reports or presentations. Routine in dealing with MS Office 365, especially Excel (Pivot-Table-Knowledge of Advantage). First contact points with SQL databases are desirable, but no requirement. Experience with ERP or commodity management systems and openness to new technologies (e.g. artificial intelligence) complete your profile. A basic technical understanding or interest in vehicles and logistics solutions – as well as the ability and desire to work into new topics.
