The Digital Monetization Platforms department is one of six strategic units within the Corporate IT area Digital Experience Platforms. In this department, we offer services for the various divisions of ZEISS, to monetize software and hardware. As an IT-Business Analyst Licensing Service, you are the first contact person for all relevant questions concerning Licensing. You work with the team to lift the ZEISS Licensing Service to the next level. Your duties include: Developing requirements within the framework of software development projects in constant and direct contact with our ZEISS business partners

Advising business areas regarding questions in the Licensing context

Participated in the planning of agile, digital projects and support them from idea to production

Design functional and technical architectures for the transformation of process processes into digital solutions

Together with the agile development teams, you transfer the requirements of the business to the Product Backlog using agile methods and are also responsible for the collection, processing and care of the Backlog Items with

Support for support requests from the business units

Development of test specifications from requirements (Use Cases)

A successfully completed study in the field (economic) informatics, mathematics

First professional experience in a comparable position as well as experience in software engineering in agile environment

Experience in the analysis of customer processes and the formulation of requirements in agile environment

Experience of using agile procedures (SCRUM, User Stories)

Analytical thinking and high quality awareness

High self-initiative and strong team skills as well as customer and target orientation

Experience in a multicultural team
