Receptionist (m/w/d) with good English skills for permanent employment

Your duties as receptionist:

• Supporting the telephone center
• reception and support of customers, applicants, training participants and guests
• Management of visitor IDs and access chips
• Ordering and issue of office materials
• Postal processing (in and outgoing mail, as well as distribution and dispatch)

Your knowledge and skills:

• Complete vocational training in the commercial sector or comparable qualification
• First experience in service-oriented services
• Very good MS Office knowledge
• Secure communication in German and English
• Time flexibility
• Organizational and Coordination Centre
