Number: MER0003VT6 The development project management S-Class is responsible for the model maintenance and series support of the series. We support the development of the S-Class from the start of the project to the series. The team is responsible for compliance with technical and timely milestones to achieve the project objectives set. For this we support protype structures, serve as an interface to the specialist areas and coordinate the development activities across the board. During your internship you will become part of the development project management and support us in various fields of work. At the interface between technology and business, you will accompany development topics, participate in technical decisions and the development status or Compiling ripeness reports for management. In addition, your tasks include coordination, planning and moderation of various internal appointments and bodies, such as the hybrid-specific working group of the S-Class. You will also get to know the interplay of development, logistics, quality, production, certification and after-sales and get more technical insights into the S-Class. The internships are offered in different topics with the following focus: Plug-in hybrid vehicles, from 01.03.2026

Your internship includes: Cooperation with many development areas

Knowing many areas of the company, such as: purchasing, logistics, quality management, production, certification and after-sales

Insights into vehicle development, prototype construction and series production

Insights into multi-project management

Individual support, independent processing of project, committee, and technical topics

The activity can begin from February 2026.

Degree course in the field of industrial engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, vehicle engineering or a comparable degree course

Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Secure handling of MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
