As Manager (gn) Facilities and Systems, you can ensure the availability of the facility in compliance with all legal requirements. You coordinate your own teams as well as external service providers and work closely with all the other functions at the site. You are responsible for the existing building infrastructure and all related systems as well as for the maintenance of the IT infrastructure and the system interfaces and take care of the adaptation of the system to new product requirements (introductions) and to KRITIS requirements. What does that mean? Responsible for KPIs and the maintenance, repair and project budget operating budget Responsible for the planning and monitoring of technical budgets and investment projects at the distribution site as well as for the integration of strategic developments and long-term investments Responsible for compliance with technical standards and legal regulations Responsible for the continuous optimization of the maintenance strategy at the site using internal and external resources with a view to the long-term development of the site You will also be responsible for the following areas: Responsible for the distribution location infrastructure to ensure worldwide delivery Responsible for the implementation of statutory and internal occupational health policies in your area of responsibility to avoid occupational accidents and occupational diseases. This includes regular communication on occupational safety issues and the implementation of training on the basis of risk assessments As a member of the Management Committee, you are responsible for all technical, infrastructure and IT-related topics Responsible for the implementation of legal requirements in the areas of health, safety and the environment, for monitoring compliance with regulatory and internal HSE guidelines and for the initiation of corrective and preventive measures in the event of deviations, in order to continuously improve safety, health protection and environmental protection at the site Responsible for the required quality of technical equipment and documentation for relevant GDP/GxP inspections Responsible for the continuous performance improvement through systematic optimization of the systems Direct leadership responsibility for 6 employees, lateral leadership responsibility for 7 employees

Technical university degree with at least 10 years of professional experience in the management of an automated industrial environment with high dependence on IS/IT systems GDP experience – regulated processes and inspections by international authorities Management skills and leadership skills Found knowledge of GDP and HSE requirements as well as experience in project management Willingness to cross-departmental cooperation Active driving of changes and optimizations, in particular in the area of delegation Result and solution-oriented work, combined with the willingness to take responsibility Teamability and pronounced communication strength Self-conscious appearance Self-employed and systematic work Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
