Project management and coordination of Oracle HCM's global deployment, including Go-live security and compliance with the project schedule Interface between HR, IT, external implementation partners and global stakeholders (CPOs, Global HR) to bundle and implement solutions Definition, optimization and harmonisation of our global HR end-to-end processes Ensuring successful data migration and integration architecture Quality assurance and commitment for the operation of the Oracle HCM system according to Go-live, including data quality and system stability Development of the tool: planning and coordination of updates, new functionalities and process optimization Creation of status reports and quarterly updates for management Internal consultancy and training activities within the Oracle HCM in a global framework

Multiannual experience in complex HR IT projects, ideally Oracle HCM Cloud or comparable HR systems Deep understanding of global HR processes and their technical mapping in IT systems Knowledge of system architecture, interfaces, data governance and IT security Embossed agile project management skills (planning, control, reporting) Sovereign appearance, high self-responsibility and joy in international cooperation Flowing German and English skills
