They are responsible for the processing of incoming customer contacts around the Service App of a well-known, leading private health insurance. You can process the customer's requests by phone and e-mail and document them in a ticket system. Their working hours for this workstation are flexibly selectable for the period from Monday to Friday (workdays) from 09.00 to 17.00. After the time of incorporation, you can work out of your home office for up to three days a week. On the other days you work accordingly in the office on site in northern Nuremberg. Your tasks:

• Troubleshooting for problems with the app
• Implementation of workarounds in known fault images
• Assistance in identification and registration
• Advice on app functions
• forwarding of power requests to the department
