You work in an interdisciplinary manner with different disciplines and have a significant impact on the further development of digital infrastructure and processes within the Human and Development department. Head of Department*in and Senior Expert HR-IT advises on issues of digitalization, digital strategy, digital transformation and automation as well as the implementation of HR systems You develop and implement HR IT management projects and support the development of a roadmap This includes: Identification, analysis and implementation of digital HR solutions Development of technical concepts and requirements, instruments for control, monitoring, evaluation and prioritization of HR-IT products Designing and developing HR-IT targets and measures for digitalization and automation Taxation and control of projects and working groups for the piloting and testing of HR IT products Holding lectures and representation of the DRV Bund in committees and on external events on the issue of digitalization or in a digital-specific topic

You have a successfully completed scientific higher education (Master or Diploma Uni or similar) in the field of Human Resources, Business Informatics, Business Administration, Administration, Natural Sciences or comparable degree programs You bring up an up-to-date multi-year professional experience in the introduction and application of HR software solutions – preferably in large organisations You can demonstrate experiences in the cooperation or management of HR and/or IT projects Extensive knowledge of the application of agile methods such as SCRUM, Kanban and certifications in standards (for example PRINCE2) You pursue set goals with focus and endurance, analyze possible obstacles and react pragmatically through your solution-oriented operation Communication strength and the ability to actively control change processes and motivate employees, especially distinguish
