You are responsible for the workshop in the material samples for the metallurgical and destructive testing of materials. You conduct an accredited material laboratory in the metallurgical investigations with demanding processes. You are responsible for the development of innovative materials for the optimization of the microstructure of materials and heat treatment according to customer requirements in close coordination with the quality management of quality assurance, production and development of construction You are a competent contact person in the context of customer and supplier care and in complaint questions You lead a team of 25 employees based on our corporate values

Complete studies of materials engineering or metallurgy or materials science or comparable studies and are material engineer or material scientists Ideally, you also have a material laboratory and have leadership experience You have already demonstrated your structured functioning and innovative capability
