Leadership with focus: You lead, motivate and develop a team of over approx. 30 employees with clear, valuable leadership and authentic presence Gastronomic management: You take responsibility for the entire operating and strategic operation of the Cube: personnel planning, budget responsibility, goods use, cost and quality control Innovation and concept development: You promote the further development of the Cube concept, bring creative ideas and modern gastronomy approaches and implement them together with the team Vision & guest orientation: You love being a host: You understand the needs of different target groups (students, employees, external guests) and the most creative experiences that inspire Interfaces & Networking: You cooperate with departments, campus management, SRH YourService and external partners to design an attractive, future-oriented gastronomy location Process and quality control: You ensure service and process standards and have goods and quality management in line with HACCP and internal requirements

Experience: Long-standing leadership experience in gastronomy, ideally as a lead in large companies, canteens, restaurants or in the system gastronomy Leadership: You have already managed teams with 30+ employees, where locations or large kitchens are successfully controlled and strategically and operationally responsible Innovation Power: You are open to change, you like to develop creative concepts and structured work at the interface between operational processes and strategic development Fun Management-Skills: You are safe in handling personnel, budget, and goods deployment planning as well as with common IT tools (MS Office, merchandise management systems). Business thinking and understanding of numbers are of course for you Communication & Personality: You bring a high level of social competence, sophisticated communication strength and real pleasure in working with employees and guests
