Multiannual experience in the personnel billing of the public service Knowledge of relevant legislation Proofable professional achievements in economic management Strong decision and implementation, result and solution oriented, trustful, open and honest Willingness to lead and develop a team Embossed Process Knowledge in SAP HCM (Kommunalmaster Personal, dv. Personal) In-depth expertise in collective bargaining (TVöD with austerity rates) and civil servant law as well as in tax, supplementary and social security law English at least. Level C1
