In this position, you are responsible for the entire procurement process from the tender to the award and actively participate in the economic realization of demanding projects. Own procurement of after-contracting services for turnkey projects throughout Germany Preparation, control and implementation of tenders Implementation of price and award negotiations Examination of incoming offers and market analysis of relevant procurement fields Cost control, budget monitoring and close coordination with project management Further development of procurement processes and supplier relationships

Complete technical or commercial training or corresponding studies (e.g. civil engineering, architecture, business management, etc.) Ideally multi-annual professional experience in purchasing – liked in the construction field or services Safe handling of structural questions and VOB knowledge Embossed negotiating skills, entrepreneurial thinking and structured working Communication strength, team capacity and flexibility in problem solutions Good IT skills (e.g. MS Office, ERP systems)
