Goods Receipt Clerk (m/f/d)

As a specialist (m/w/d) in receipt of goods, the professional acceptance and process-compliant handling of goods are your main tasks. The incoming goods are checked for completeness and integrity in accordance with the delivery documents. You are responsible for the legal handling of shipments according to the AWG regulations (customs, ITAR). The completeness of required documents (interferences, CE declarations, safety data sheets, etc.) is guaranteed. You also carry out the required goods movement bookings in the PPS system (SAP ERP/M/EWM). The space-optimized transfer of incoming foreign purchase parts into suitable transport and storage containers takes over for the subsequent processes. You ensure the correct marking and careful treatment of the incoming material. You scan supplied documents, recognize and capture AIT-relevant parts. Also ensure the correct allocation of the papers and the control of the material. Hazardous substances and batch or serial numberable material are handled professionally (specialty for hazardous substances). Industrial trucks and cranes will guide you in writing. In case of capacity bottlenecks, you can support in other logistics areas (stock receipt, warehouse, pre-ordering, internal transport, ZEBEL) and, if necessary, also in shift operation.

You bring a completed, three-year vocational training and first professional experience or a comparable qualification. You can demonstrate sound knowledge in MS Office and SAP. You are also routined in handling hazardous substances. You have knowledge in the field of weapons and in the KrWaffKontrG. Very good knowledge of German in word and writing complete your profile.
