As part of our seven-headed training team, you play a central role in this newly created position: After a well-founded introduction by experienced colleagues, you are asking us to structure, share and make the great technical knowledge that is in our company accessible to our Solutions & Services department. What does that mean? Recognize and coordinate training needs: you analyze the training needs of your internal customers (e.g. on topics such as Kubernetes or Cloud environments) and plan tailor-made training concepts. You work closely with internal and external trainers imparting knowledge: You design and conduct technical training and workshops on our security products and network topics independently Developing knowledge: You will start and update regularly cure documents and accompanying documentation. In addition, you develop new interactive online course formats Care and extension of the training infrastructure: Take care of the technical infrastructure for our training and ensure smooth operation and continuous development Support and develop specialist applications: You take strategic and operational responsibility for specialist applications based on KVM and continuously develop them. Completed study or completed training and pronounced affinity for technology / IT. Further training in the field of adult education is advantageous Experience in the need analysis and design of training measures in the IT environment Ideal experience with network technologies (TCP/IP) Didactic feeling and joy in pooling knowledge and intelligible and practical Pleasure of independent work and the desire to contribute proactively and constructively German language skills (approx.
