Number: MER0003VXX Are you interested in project management, agile methods and the design of IT tools in the context of ERP systems (SAP)? Your future area: The ''Governance Solution & Data - Core FC Templates' section is responsible for the definition, implementation and sustainable development of business processes in the environment of Finance & Controlling. We work in a dynamic and innovative environment in which teamwork and creative thinking are promoted, especially in the introduction and optimization of SAP systems. What awaits you with us: This internship offers you the unique opportunity to actively participate in the project management of an agile SAP major project. You get valuable insights and gain practical experience in defining and implementing project management methods for international roll-out projects. Our core task includes the design and development of project management and reporting tools as well as the support of our project teams on their way to an agile working and organisation – through targeted training, workshops and coaching. Your exciting tasks include: Active participation in the coordination and project management of SAP roll-in projects, including reporting, analyses and evaluations

Supporting and developing our agile methods in our project management tools (JIRA & Confluence)

Support in the design and implementation of IT tools to support project management, e.g. for KPI reporting, status tracking and resource planning

Analysis of requirements for project management tools and development of solutions proposals for optimization

Cooperation in the preparation of training documents and implementation of workshops on project management methods and tool use

The activity can begin from February 2026.

Studies in the field of economics, industrial informatics, industrial engineering or comparable studies

You bring great interest in project management, agile working methods and the design of IT tools in the SAP environment

Ideally, you have gained first experiences with agile methods or project management tools like JIRA and Confluence

First contact points with SAP systems or ERP projects are advantageous

A structured and independent way of working as well as pronounced communication and team skills are the key to

Safe handling of MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint, is advantageous

German and good English skills complete your profile
