The Landesbetrieb Immobilienmanagement und Grundfonds (LIG) is the real estate manager of the city of Hamburg. We acquire, manage, develop and implement land and thus make a valuable contribution to sustainable urban development. Our over 250 employees: we offer multi-faceted activities in a modern working environment - teamwork is accredited. The Department of Building Rights and Sales Housing of the LIG is the central team for the award of land for residential purposes. This is done by direct assignments or by the implementation of concept tenders by means of a genetic right or a sale. You... provide for the awards and/or the right of establishment of urban land for residential purposes. support in the implementation of conceptual tenders and bidding procedures. assist in the creation of senate and citizenship printed matter, submissions to the Commission on land order, opinions on parliamentary/district questions. contribute to the further development and processing of data and documents, and additionally support the maintenance of existing data and document management systems.

Required university degree (Bachelor or equivalent) in an administrative or economic field, such as public management, business management, real estate, or in a comparable field of study; and Immatrikulation in a master's degree course of the above-mentioned subject areas Advantages a residual study period of at least 12 months and secure communication in German in word and writing (at least language level B2) good communication skills, a careful, structured and independent working and self-initiative Joy of work in the team and ideally first professional experience Knowledge of property management and real estate management, ideally knowledge of property and real estate valuation very good user knowledge in MS-Office, in particular Excel and Word and local IT specialist applications, in particular basic knowledge in the handling of CAD systems
