ERP supporter with a focus on finance (m/f/d)

As an ERP-Supporter (m/w/d), you are the first contact person to ask your colleagues about the ERP solution “proAlpha” and other systems in our company. You automatically limit disturbances or errors, correct them and inform users as well as key users. You support user problems in 1st and 2nd level support, analyze IT-based business processes and test our software solutions before the “Go Live” of new versions. You implement small program adaptations, create new processes on the system side and document processes as well as solutions for internal support.

You have a successfully completed and IT-oriented training, e.g. IT system merchants or specialist informatics (each m/w/d) or a comparable qualification. You have at least 2 years of experience in support as well as a wide range of knowledge about the functions of modern, integrated ERP systems and brings routine to ERP administration. You are characterized by a strong service and support willingness that forms the basis for your success in cooperation with the specialist areas for developing optimal system solutions. You have good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. You work independently, proactively and solution-oriented.
