Chief of Service c't Magazine (m/f/d)

You are responsible for and optimising cross-media production processes (print, online, digital, special editions). You will recognize bottlenecks before You develop and develop our tool landscape and research material proactively. You report directly to Heise Medien's editorial board and you will see the decisive bridge between highly specialised editorial staff and production departments. As a tactor (m/w/d), you coordinate the production of articles in close coordination with team management and editorial team. You keep the overview of fine planning, control consistency and completeness and ensure the timely transfer to quality control. As a central section, you will moderate the collaboration between editorial teams and magazine production at various locations. For all workflow questions of the editors, you are the first contact point. You make sure that our high standards are kept under time pressure, keep the documentation of our working methods (FAQs, Guidelines) up-to-date and guide and control the team of the final speech.

You already have well-founded experience in a CvD role or a comparable editorial management environment. As an enabler (m/w/d), you are guided by clear structures, convincing arguments and a subtle sense of the needs of the team. You are not satisfied with the status quo, but you want to actively shape the transformation of editorial work. Also in high-phase, you keep the peace and priorities under control. You work structuring and thinking in solutions, not in problems. Your food point is in or around Hanover to ensure the necessary proximity to the team (timely mobile work is standard for us).
