For the strategic expansion of our product portfolio with focus on Combat modules, we are looking for an experienced product line manager (m/w/d). In this key role, you will design the further development of innovative defence technologies - including systems for mission and function expansions of military platforms, such as start platforms for drones and electronic warfare (EW) solutions for drone defence. You are responsible for the product strategy over the entire life cycle, analyse market and customer technologies and derive robust technical product concepts from them. In close cooperation with development teams, sales, project management and our customers, you support the implementation of new solutions and contribute significantly to the successful positioning of our company in the defence market. Your tasks: Development and implementation of a clear product strategy for mission and functional extensions of military platforms Analysis of international market, customer and technology trends for identifying new business potentials Definition of product requirements and performance features in close coordination with engineering and system development Control of the entire product life cycle: from concept phase to development and testing to market launch Creation of business cases, market forecasts and strategic decision bases for management Coordination of customer and stakeholder requirements, e.g. from procurement projects or industrial partnerships

Complete studies in industrial engineering, systems engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in product management, ideally in the defence, aviation or high-tech sector Understanding complex technical systems and their application environment Experience with military or safety standards of advantage (e.g. system integration, authorisations, safety requirements) Embossed communicative skills and a high degree of analytical and strategic thinking Ability to make technical details understandable at management and customer level Standing for occasional national and international missions
