Head of Managed Services (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the further development of our managed service portfolio - from strategic orientation to successful market launch. You lead and develop your entire team along clear guidelines, modern leadership principles and a common vision. You take full profit/loss responsibility for the area and ensure sustainable growth and high economic transparency. You will ensure operational excellence: service quality, SLA performance, operational stability and continuous optimization are of course yours. You are driving innovations in a targeted manner and boosting new services, automation and competitive advantages in the market.

You bring multi-year leadership experience in the managed services or IT service environment - ideally in a large, complex business environment. Strategic thinking, economic vision and a deep understanding of modern IT service models characterize you. You master portfolio and contract management, know yourself with SLAs, service processes and operating models and feel safe in P&L management. You can inspire teams, shape changes and create an environment where employees grow and take responsibility. Communication at eye level - whether with customers, management, departments or presales - is of course yours.
