Implementation of inspections, maintenance and testing on building equipment Ensuring smooth operation of the technical building equipment in the object Independent analysis and elimination of disturbances in ongoing building operation Implementation of repair and maintenance measures in compliance with applicable requirements Working in shift operation to support a technically demanding building with special requirements

Completed training as plant mechanic HKLS, SHK plant mechanic, gas and water installer, heater builder, central heating and ventilation builder, mechatronics engineer for refrigeration technology or a comparable qualification Ideally first professional experience in building, heating, air conditioning, ventilation or sanitary technology Also dedicated professionals with willingness to learn and interest in modern building technology are welcome Service-oriented appearance and reliable, independent and team-oriented working German knowledge at least on level B2 and readiness for shiftwork
