You're a polisher:in raw construction, you have construction sites under control and want more than just the next standard project? At NELCON you work with a technology that reorganizes the raw building. As an innovative joint venture between STRABAG and Putzmeister, we bring the 3D concrete pressure directly to the construction site and develop it into a mass-proven solution for the new building. You organize the process around the printing process, coordinate the participants and ensure that quality, appointments and work safety are right. You don't have to be an expert for 3D concrete printing today. Your building site experience, your claim to clean execution and your desire to work in a new construction process are crucial. You bring this with a qualification as a polisher:in, factory polisher:in or master:in the building craft, ideally with a focus on building Multiannual construction site experience in the building, for example in masonry construction, concrete construction or in a comparable environment Experience in leading construction site teams, coordinating processes and taking responsibility for a clean execution A practical, solution-oriented approach and the ability to keep an overview even in new situations Interest in new technology and the willingness to work into digital planning and automated building processes A safe occurrence vis-à-vis clients, subcontractors, suppliers and project partners Readiness for our projects in Germany and Austria Class B licence and good knowledge of German; English knowledge is advantageous
