To support our team in the Finance Department, we are looking for you as Kreditorenbuchhalter/in (w/m/d), limited until November 2026.

Your tasks include:

• Processing of current transactions in creditor accounting
• Organisation, implementation and supervision of audit and release processes
• Content and formal examination of the invoices
• Conting and booking of input and output accounts according to commercial principles
• Coordination and complaint of incorrect invoices with the competent departments
• Processing incoming reminders
• Admission of master data system and care
• Account voting and clarification
• Participation in the development and optimization of processes in finance

That you should bring:

• Successfully completed commercial vocational training. Relevant professional experience in accounting desirable
• Professional experience and good knowledge in financial and accounting by Commercial Code (HGB)
• Very good knowledge of the application of MS-Office
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing

That would be desirable:

• Knowledge of SAP FI of advantage
