In close cooperation with international team of departments, Global Reputation Management is working on the perception of our stakeholders and the public around the globe as a non-profit organisation. For the content and strategic development of this team, we are looking for a human resource developer International (m/w/d) (full-time, unlimited-term) at the Tübingen or Cologne site.

Analysis of training and development needs in the international context, together with our international HR contact partners: Research, presentation and implementation of new training methods Planning and development of training programmes Conception and implementation of workshops, trainings or seminars on topics such as leadership, communication, soft skills, expertise or individual topics that come from international entities Independent selection and control of internal and external trainers:inside Evaluation and monitoring of the effectiveness of training and development measures Participation in the planning, organisation and implementation of HR conferences

Successfully completed studies (Bachelor) of social education, psychology, human resources management, business management or the like as well as a coaching or coaching training At least 4 years of relevant professional experience Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) and interest in working in new IT programs (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Miro) Excellent English skills (Berlitz Level 7), further language skills are advantageous Didactic experience in knowledge preparation and mediation Experience in cooperation with interculturally different groups of persons Very good communication and presentation capability and an open, positive and binding occurrence High empathy and team skills as well as targeted and entrepreneurial thinking Own initiative and independent work
