First contact person for our customer in case of malfunctions and questions about the object Disposition of customer requests within the departments Regular control procedures and reporting on the condition of the object Separate implementation of minor repairs and inspections Acquisition of additional services for the project team Documentation of e.g. building state reports

Technical training, e.g. as an electrician/electronic/plant mechanic HKLS / mechatronic or a comparable qualification Including professional experience in electrical and plant engineering works First experience as a construction manager would be desirable Embossed technical expertise in combination with craftsmanship as well as a talent for organization and disposition Service-oriented appearance with a high degree of readiness and flexibility German knowledge at least level C1 and driving licence class B
