Check-in/check-out of our guests and guest care throughout the stay. Ensuring customer satisfaction and processing of internal complaint management. General reception tasks such as correspondence, billing, responsibility for cash management and accounts, processing of bookings and reservations on the current booking platforms, support in accounting and monthly billing, telephone service. Advising and completing memberships. Ensuring operational processes. With the help of the development and calculation of offers and programs. Responsibility for retail sale and the meeting area. Coordination tasks in the field of cleaning organization if required. Introducing new employees and cooperation in personnel deployment planning. Participation in meetings incl. Support of the hostel management in the preparation and follow-up of the meetings.

You have completed vocational training in the hotel industry or in the tourism sector and ideally have several years of professional experience. You are the perfect host and have a structured, targeted and solution-oriented way of working. Team skills, social competence and leadership skills are yours. Good IT skills, especially in the area of hotel reservation systems (ideally ASSD), as well as experience in dealing with MS Office are in your luggage. You have knowledge of German and English in word and writing. Further language skills are advantageous. You are ready for a 5-day week including Sunday and holiday services.
