We are looking for an employee Reception/Central Scanstelle (m/w/d) for the Stephanuswerk in Isny in part-time (12 hours/week).

You receive visitors and take them. You book spaces and service vehicles. You take scan services, especially for bills. You're in charge of the phone. You're processing the entry and exit mail. You represent colleagues at the reception and in the central scanning site on holiday or illness.

Professional training and/or professional experience in the field of office organization Safe handling of Microsoft Outlook and Word, Basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel Loadability, flexibility, safe occurrence, good communication skills and customer orientation Experience in the reception and customer area desirable Teamability and sensitive handling of people with disabilities Self-employed, structured, responsible work
