Representation of our office as 1st contact person on the phone and for visitors Call acceptance and forwarding also in English Data management (customers and projects) Writing examination, formatting and, if necessary, text creation after dictation for offers and opinions Ordering consumables Travel bookings Organisation and preparation of meeting rooms

Completed commercial training Ideally multi-year professional experience in the assistance/secretary area Text Security (Grammatik/Rechtsschrift) Routined handling of MS Office Efficient and careful operation, reliability, sense of responsibility and service orientation
