Manager of Inventory Planning (x|w|m) – Hybrid

You lead and control the team of stock planning, give strategic direction and daily orientation Global initiatives to optimize inventory drive ahead and ensure transparency in target achievement

You are responsible for the achievement of the existing objectives

In addition, you will develop and implement strategies for stock planning to optimize stocks at different locations, for different product categories such as components and (half) finished products

Continuous Improvement Initiatives in Stock Management

Global inventory guidelines, e.g. for handling durability and extracts, improve and implement

In close cooperation with Demand Planning, Purchasing, Sales, Finance, Operations and IT, you will ensure the coordination of supply and demand

Making efficient use of ERP & planning tools to support sound analyses and decisions You sure

You have a successfully completed Bachelor or Master in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, etc. Multiannual experience in inventory planning, supply chain management or controlling

Strong cross-departmental relationships build up to reconcile existing strategies with corporate goals, and convince by negotiating skills

You communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders at all levels and promote transparency and trust

Analytical thinking, high problem-solving competence and a pronounced number affinity characterize you

You are versed in handling ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle) and reporting tools (e.g. Tableau, Celonis)
