Technical guidance and support of participants in the co-service project Planning, organisation and implementation of craft work together with participants Promoting craft, social and life-structural skills Support for participants in the development of a reliable daily structure Implementation of general mastery activities as well as organisation and coordination of external craft and maintenance tasks, including supply collection, appointment, monitoring and control of the work carried out Smaller renovation, repair and maintenance work Control and maintenance of buildings and outdoor facilities Support for moving and transportation Documentation of the work carried out and participation in team meetings

Complete craft training or comparable practical work experience Joy in working with people and interest in social participation Ideally experience in the guidance, accompaniment or support of people with mental impairments Independent, structured and reliable operation Teamability, patience and communication strength driving licence class B desirable
