Clerk, Internal Service, Construction Department (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the budget monitoring and the cost control of our ongoing construction projects. The monitoring of the dates taken on the basis of the construction planning for ongoing construction measures and the request of documents from our regional construction managers incl. their examination continues to be part of your task. You check the offers in the areas of shop construction and house technology for upcoming construction measures in our markets and create corresponding order lists. In addition, you will then complete the order registration and audit for such construction measures. You also take over the preparation and production of construction contracts. In addition, you are responsible for organizing and coordinating appointments with construction and craft businesses, other service providers and authorities as well as other general administrative tasks.

You have a professional training, e.g. as a real estate businessman (m/w/d) or Projektmanager (m/w/d) or Baukaufmann (m/w/d) have a similar training. Ideally, you have a multi-year professional experience, preferably in a company in the construction industry or Real estate. You also have sound business and technical knowledge and experience in dealing with suppliers and service companies. You are safe in handling MS Office applications and ideally have knowledge of industry-specific software applications (e.g. SAP, com.Tradenet). A high level of communication and cooperation as well as a structured and careful way of working are your strengths as well as team skills and organizational skills.
